A big congratulations to all our athletes who competed in the Dublin Marathon over the weekend!
The race took place on Sunday, 26th October 2025 at 8:45 AM, with cool and mostly cloudy conditions around 7°C and light westerly winds.
Mollie O’Donnell set a new LVAC women club record with an impressive 2:57:28 (chip time for championship purposes), while Jen Preston made a fantastic marathon debut with a time of 3:04:56.
A total of 12637 men and 6024 women took part in this year’s event, a great day for running in Dublin!
Well done to our athletes who participated in the Dublin Leinster XC in a very high quality field.

On this first day of autumn, Sunday 21st September, several of our athletes proudly represented the club across different races at home and abroad. From fast miles on Dublin’s Griffith Avenue, to the streets of Berlin, and through the rolling paths of Phoenix Park, our members delivered fantastic performances.
The George Harrison and Myles Cullen Memorial Races took place on Sunday at The Acres in the Phoenix Park.
