Liffey Valley Athletics Club are recruiting new members. We are ideally based in Islandbridge, beside the Phoenix Park, just two miles from the city centre and accessible on bus and Luas links. Our club house is located 5 minutes from Phoenix Park where we do most of our training runs.
We are mindful that joining a club will be a new experience for many and our uniquely friendly and encouraging club environment will make you feel welcomed immediately.
Training sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00pm. We have other runs on Saturdays and Sundays mornings. At Liffey Valley AC we pride ourselves on making new members feeling welcomed and are committed to improving both your running times and racing performances.
Throughout the year, we have regular club races, social nights and a yearly club trip providing plenty of opportunities to race against your fellow club members and meet new people.
So if you would like to move your running to a new level, we welcome runners who are looking to improve their running through accessible, structured training sessions within a welcoming and encouraging environment. Have a look at our Meet Us page to find out about our typical club members and how they have benefitted from joining Liffey Valley AC.
Please drop us an email or call into us before training on Tuesday or Thursday and you'll be sure to get a warm welcome.
