Tom Brennan Memorial Race 2026

Congratulations to our 2026 Champions, Hugh Armstrong (Ballina A.C. / Dublin Track Club) and Faye Dervan (Dublin City Harriers A.C.), who claimed impressive victories in this year’s Tom Brennan Memorial 5K, recording winning times of 14:44 min and 16:26 min respectively, from a strong field of 580 finishers.
A fantastic team performance saw the Liffey Valley Women’s Team of Elle O’Driscoll, Rebecca McLoughlin and Lynn Devitt secure 1st Team place. They were followed by Crusaders A.C. in 2nd place and Raheny Shamrock A.C. finishing 3rd in a highly competitive contest.
On the men’s side, Raheny Shamrock A.C. claimed 1st Men’s Team honours, with Liffey Valley A.C. taking a strong 2nd place thanks to the combined efforts of Pierce Geoghegan, Geoffrey Alexandre and Mark Naylor. Donore Harriers A.C. completed the podium in 3rd position.
