Club Trip 2026 - Carlingford 5K

On 7th August at 8:00 PM, several Liffey Valley AC members took part in the 5KM Road Race in Carlingford, Co. Louth, a fantastic event with over 600 participants on a beautiful course along the coast of this lovely village, finishing in the town centre after passing through a distinctive tunnel/arch.
More than 16 club members gathered for the weekend at the Carrickdale Hotel & Spa, where we relaxed, shared great moments, and enjoyed excellent weather. The trip also included activities such as hiking at nearby Slieve Gullion, adding even more memories to a wonderful weekend.
