On May 15th, there were some fantastic performances by our athletes in the Irish Runner 5km incorporating the National 5km Championships. There were medals, PBs and some near PBs on what was a lovely morning for racing. Congratulations to all our athletes!

Dublin Athletics Graded Meeting 2

Last Wednesday night a group of athletes competed over 1500 in the second Dublin graded meet of the season. The conditions were good despite a few showers and we had several PBs over the distance. In total we had 6 women and 8 men competing.

Gold for Lea Fulcher at Royal County 5km Road Race

Well done to Lea who won the 5k race in Kells, just 2 days after winning the Leinster Road M45 Championship. Lea won the overall race in 15:40.
