Well done to all our athletes who competed at the National Intermediate & Masters Cross Country Championships in Abbostwon, Co. Dublin today.
This was the last race of the Cross Country season.
The race was held on a very muddy 1km loop circuit. The distances for each category were as follows:
Inter Men 6km (6 laps)
Inter Women 4km (4 laps)
Masters Men 6km (6 laps)
Masters Women 3km (3 laps)
Masters +65 Men 3km (3 laps).
