National Half Marathon – Tullamore

Tullamore Harriers Athletic Club, Tullamore, Co. Offaly
On a wet and windy Saturday in Tullamore, the National Half Marathon, hosted by
Tullamore Harriers and incorporating both the National and Leinster Championships,
brought together an impressive field of 1,189 finishers.
It turned out to be a truly memorable day for Liffey Valley A.C., with historic victories and strong performances across the board.
Highlights from our women’s team:
- National team gold
- Leinster team gold
- Phyllis Delaney Trophy for the Open team prize
- Mollie O’Donnell also claimed individual Leinster bronze
These achievements were made possible by the fantastic efforts of Mollie O’Donnell, Ciara Broderick Farrell, Cliodhna Tutty Bardon, and Jennifer Preston.
We also acknowledge the excellent performances of Ellen Cronin, Keela Farnon, Joe Whittle, and Michael Ferreira, who contributed greatly to today’s success.
👏 Congratulations to all our athletes who raced today and made this such a brilliant start to the autumn racing season.
