Wins for Liffey Valley at Star of the Sea Cross Country

An excellent season opener at the Star of the Sea cross country races in Stamullen today for Liffey Valley AC with Peter Arthur retaining the Men’s Senior title from last year while also leading the men’s team to victory.
In the women’s race Sile Carroll in 2nd place and Aileen Gittens in 3rd place led the team to victory with Eimear Nic an Bhaird in 6th place the third team scorer.
Category prizes too for Paul Balfe, Eddie Mc Grath and Tom O’Connor.
